Sarah leads the operational vision behind Base., ensuring every experience is delivered with precision, discretion and effortless execution.
With a strong background in luxury hospitality operations, she oversees partner relationships, logistics and on-site coordination, working seamlessly alongside concierge teams, villa managers and yacht crews across the Caribbean.
Her meticulous approach allows every experience to feel effortless for both guests and partners, transforming complex operations into seamless hospitality.
